Radnik Opatija, share holding company for production of bread, rolls, pastries and for trade.The "Radnik" company was founded on February 13th, 1961 by connecting several smaller bakeries across Opatija and Lovran."Radnik Opatija d.d." opened a new, modern and automatized bakery in Lovran , which significantly increased working quality, production capacity and selection of products.The bakery has the potential of baking 1500 kgs of bread per hour. It also has a laboratory for controlling raw materials and finished goods, an air-conditioned area for bread cooling, an area for maintaining the packaging clean, a modern sanitary knot and other content.The company performs its activities in two production facilities, one being in Lovran and the other in Malinska on the island of Krk,.In our production facility in Lovran basic types of bread and rolls are produced for wide consummation. In addition, production of half-industrial (vocational) way of producing bread and other baked goods, so the market can be enriched with special types of bread with "Radnik" characteristics.Over the last five years Radnik Opatija has adopted European trends in producing frozen and half-baked goods and pastries, which are prepared in our ovens.Considering our wide production assortment, long-time tradition, following the newest trends in baking, our wish is to introduce the public to our products and achieve a succesful bussiness cooperation.We are pleased to emphasise that the company "Radnik Opatija d.d." applies quality-management system based on ISO 9001:2015 standard, and has also implemented HACCP system.
